I saw in the masjid (mosque) an old man, completely bent, who could hardly walk himself, helping a blind man get to his chair. LESSON: A person is never too old or too weak or too sick or too poor to be able to help someone. All it takes is a good heart.

If you are involved in any good work, which is definitely true, then the clear sign of it being the truth is that there will always be people to oppose you and to be against you. However, if everybody is happy with what you are doing, not even one person is against you, then know well that there is something wrong in what you are doing.

RUSSIAN'S FUTILE PURSUIT OF IMMORTALITY - A MIRAGE

This news is, of course, a few days old, and the web is flooded with articles on it, but it is humorous and comical enough to be worth writing upon. A Russian "scientist" claims to be able to give us the option of immortality in holographic avatars by 2045, saying that this is how we will be able to defeat sickness, old age, and even death. Could anything, I ask you, be more preposterous than what this cartoon has suggested?

Being human is synonymous with being mortal, immortality is in total negation of the human existence. Everybody knows and believes that, not only Muslims (even though they might verbally deny it, but in their heart, they are forced to believe it). Infact, the only reality about this life is DEATH!
Allah says in the Quran in three different places, "EVERY SOUL SHALL TASTE DEATH"
In another verse, "Wherever you are, death will reach you, even though you may be in fortified and strong forts." So, whether we hide ourselves in forts or in holographic avatars, there is no running away from death.
How can we defy sickness, old age and death, whereas this is the road that every human who has ever been born into this world has traversed??

I think that this Russian won't even live to 2045, caught by the same thing he was trying to help himself and the world escape from - death!

The truth of the matter is that these people are scared to death of death! (pun unintended) They cannot bear to be seperated from their earthly abode because they have been intoxicated with the superficial glitter and glamour of worldly life, knowing that the imminent arrival of death will herald nothing but eternal pain and punishment.
Allah says in the Quran, "And most definitely, you will find them, from amongst all people, the most greedy over life" and "they want to be given a life of 1000 years, whereas even if they are given this life, it wouldn't be able to save them from punishment." Don't these divine words fit perfectly?
This is the reality which we want to shy away from, which we want to deny.
This short worldly life has been thought to be the be all and end all, and this is the exact reason why such heinious crimes as total world control and enslavement, and eradication of entire populaces are perpetrated. If people had death and retribution infront of them, would they be able to muster up such courage and boldness???

Criticism is better than praise, because praise makes a person go very high, the result being self approval, self liking, and pride, which can lead to immediate destruction and a big fall. Criticism, on the other hand, keeps a person low, the result being humility, a laudable quality. Innate base human nature is the total opposite, we love praise and hate criticism. Allah says in the Quran, "It is very possible that you dislike something, whereas it is better for you, and it is very possible that you love something whereas it is bad for you." Human intelligence, with regards to knowing what is good and what is not, is extremely shallow.
  However, the ideal condition is not to get affected by either one. (criticism and praise)

Don't ever get angry at someone because of an action that he/she did without knowing the reason and story behind that action.

DON''T WASTE YOUR TIME OVER THE OLYMPICS!

My dear brothers and sisters, Allah has blessed us with this invaluable opportunity of Ramadhan, an opportunity through which we can secure the forgiveness of Allah, and Jannah. Every second is priceless and is not to be wasted, and once a second is gone, then nothing and no one can bring it back. The enemies of Islam know this very well, and they CANNOT let it happen. They cannot see you and I doing good and getting closer to our Creator, forming an unbreakable bond and connection with Him. For this very reason, the enemies of Islam have organized something which will distract us, something that will ensure that this Ramadhan, this golden opportunity, goes to waste, down the drain. What I am referring to is nothing other than the LONDON OLYMPICS.

Remember, these olympics have been custom designed to distract the attention of THE WHOLE WORLD, MUSLIMS AND NON MUSLIMS ALIKE so that they can carry on with their sinister agenda unhindered. They know that they have succeeded in making the populace into a mere herd of dumb cattle completely in their control, and whose attention they can direct to where they fancy.

 At this very moment, how many Muslims globally will be glued on to their tv sets, their eyes fixed on the half naked men and women jumping around on the screen, forgetting that this is Ramadhan, oblivious of the fact that they are obligated to perform salaah, too busy to even glance at the dusty Quran on the shelf.

Is this how we thank Allah for blessing us with such a great bounty? What if we don't see another Ramadhan. What if this is the only chance, and we're wasting it away in sin and disobedience. Remember, just as good deeds are multiplied in this month, so are sins.

Just imagine someone lended to us his money making machine, in which you feed in normal paper and money comes out from the other side. He lends it to us for exactly 30 days, not a second more. Tell me, would we rest FOR EVEN A SECOND in those 30 days? No, we would use all the time we have to make as many green notes as possible, forgetting everything else, eating, drinking, and even sleeping!! We'd be literally swaying with intoxication at the rustle and smell of the notes! What about Ramadhan then? Through this machine, how much can we make in 30 days, a million, a couple of million maybe, but what will we take with us when we leave this world? Not a dime or a cent. Whereas, an good deed we do in Ramadhan is stored away for us as reward, to stay with us for ETERNITIY!!

WE NEED TO OPEN OUR EYES AND REALISE WHAT WE ARE DOING BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!

PLEASE, BOYCOTT THE OLYMPICS COMPLETELY AND TURN TOWARDS ALLAH!
